Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 64bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied by 64bd. The balance displayed in your account is the exact BDT amount available to you.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

7.1 Sports Betting

Termination & Suspension

64bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A legal, regulatory, or compliance obligation requiring account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and associated winnings subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the last-used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and fraud checks.
